ISA Investment Review | A Brokerage Firm with Over Two Decades of Experience or Scam?

ISA Investment - logo

ISA Investment claims to be a brokerage firm with over two decades of experience. They promise security for their client’s funds, complete privacy, solid guarantees, and beneficial terms that are purported to assure traders of profitability in the financial markets. Sounds good, but a tad too grandiose. More concerning is the firm’s inability to substantiate its extensive brokerage service history. Questions arise regarding the legitimacy of their operations – where is their licensing? Why does there seem to be a prevalence of negative reviews online? We aim to delve deeper and establish whether this is genuine or just another scam.

First Impression of Isa-investment.info

At first look, the official website of ISA Investment seems stylish and contemporary, but this facade fades quickly. While the main page has a semblance of professionalism, despite some clichéd verbiage, the other sections are less impressive. They’re riddled with generic phrases, vague statements, and a noticeable absence of detailed information, especially in the “about us”, “accounts”, and “contacts” sections.

ISA Investment - site

As one browses the website, they’re bombarded with cliché statements like “increase your capital”, “we will never share your private data”, and “your funds are protected”. These seem to be empty assurances, probably added just to pad out the template site. What’s glaringly missing are key details. ISA Investment hasn’t provided any registration documents, some trading conditions are obscured, and there’s complete silence on licensing information.

Partnership and Bonuses

While there’s no explicit mention of an affiliate program, during the account registration process with ISA Investment, clients have the option to input a promo code. It suggests the presence of a referral program. Furthermore, the company has bonus promotions on offer, though they don’t specify the exact bonus amount. The broker is fond of keeping a majority of its trading conditions under wraps.

We want to remind you that while numerous bonuses might appear advantageous on the surface, in truth, brokers like ISA Investment frequently utilize such marketing tactics to attract new traders. Such bonuses usually come with strings attached. Based on the information on the company’s official website, you can’t withdraw funds until certain conditions related to the bonus capital are met. What’s more, these terms can be altered anytime as the company sees fit. We advise against taking these sorts of incentives from brokers.

Account Opening on Isa-investment.info

To open an account with ISA Investment, the client will need to provide some information: first and last name, email, phone number, promo code (if available), as well as come up with a password and agree to the terms and conditions.

Upon registration, we’re instantly introduced to a demo-mode trading platform integrated into the user dashboard. Traders have the option to switch from English to any of the 21 available languages and can also test the platform with a virtual $25,000 before funding their accounts. Within this dashboard, users can modify personal details, make deposits or withdrawals, and manage their open accounts. The ISA Investment dashboard interface leans more towards being basic and rudimentary rather than sophisticated and distinctive. Notably, the broker doesn’t mandate verification of the registered email and phone number, pointing to potential vulnerabilities in their security framework.

Before depositing, ISA Investment seeks more details about its clients, including the date of birth, country of residence, precise address, and zip code. We’re uncertain if these details must be substantiated with documents, given the AML&KYC section is void of information. Still, the user agreement specifies that unverified traders cannot make withdrawals, implying that KYC verification is indeed compulsory.

  • None.
  • The verification process is not described in any way.

Trading Software

ISA Investment’s trading platform comes in multiple forms, including WebTrader, a PC application, and a mobile variant. As you land on their website, there’s a prompt to download their desktop terminal. We hesitated due to the software’s obscurity, which could potentially contain malware. Moreover, the mobile version appears to function as a browser-based interface tailored for smartphones rather than a dedicated app downloadable from platforms like the Play Market or App Store.

The trading software of ISA Investment comes with basic features and tools. Timeframes span from 1 minute up to a month, lacking the presence of tick or second charts. Traders have the flexibility to maximize their workspace view, capture screenshots, and toggle chart displays from Japanese candlesticks to bars, lines, points, or areas. The platform incorporates conventional graphical analysis elements, indicators, and lot sizes starting at 0.01, as well as stop-loss/take-profit functions and leverage options. Summing it up, it provides standard capabilities. Yet, ISA Investment doesn’t offer advanced features like auto-trading, copy-trading, or backtesting strategies against historical data.

The limitations of such a rudimentary terminal hinder traders from executing a range of trading strategies. Why hasn’t the broker considered providing its clients with an alternative software option, like the renowned MetaTrader used in the forex industry? Could it be due to high licensing costs or ISA Investment just doesn’t want to bother?

How Can I Trade With ISA Investment?

ISA Investment closely mirrors the majority of brokers in its category. They offer a variety of tariffs, each with a progressively higher minimum deposit and added perks and options. The platform exclusively supports CFD trading, eliminating futures or spot. The specific terms and supplementary services hinge on the account type a trader chooses.

All Info About Accounts

ISA Investment offers 7 distinct tariff plans, with their minimum deposits being astoundingly high – it’s truly eyebrow-raising. Newcomers are not highly regarded here; they’re prompted to deposit at least $250, receiving a limited asset set and just three trading and training sessions with an analyst. Meanwhile, the next plan kicks off at $5,000. There’s a sizable $4,900 difference between the first two account types, but those affording the higher deposit get ten trading and training sessions, three trading signals, and a commission-free initial withdrawal. It’s simply astonishing! One can’t help but wonder what the creator of these terms was thinking.

Let’s be frank. Why does ISA Investment have such stringent restrictions and set such high deposit bars? There’s no point diving into the next tariffs, with their minimum deposits climbing to $15,000, $50,000, $150,000, and so on. The final “Black” account type starts at a whopping 1 million dollars. Which rational trader would entrust such an amount to an obscure company without any notable name or reputation?

ISA Investment offers additional services like trading signals, free withdrawal options, enhanced leverage, financial consultation, and low spreads. Yet, they lack in providing crucial details. What are the spreads? What commissions apply? Do the advisors have the necessary licenses or experience? Who exactly are these analysts? Interestingly, they don’t offer significant account types like Islamic or cent.

  • None.
  • Important parameters, such as spreads and commissions, are not specified.
  • One-size-fits-all additional tools.
  • Beginners receive nothing. All privileges and advantages go to wealthy clients.

Market Analysis and Education With Isa-investment.info

ISA Investment provides clients with insights into different asset classes, but that’s the extent of their educational and analytical offerings. They don’t have additional tools like TradingView widgets, economic event calendars, or news feeds. However, the company does offer investment services, grouped under “Saving Accounts.” Investors can build diversified portfolios with cryptocurrencies or any other specific market type Moreover, they can choose to invest for at least 3 months, expecting a monthly return of 5-25%. It appears to be a trust management service.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Fees

To deposit money into an ISA Investment account, you must first contact a manager after making a request. It’s unclear why this step is required. One possible reason might be that the company’s representative aims to persuade a potential client to deposit more than originally planned. Specific details about the transfer methods and associated fees are lacking. However, since there’s a mention of free fund withdrawals in their terms, it suggests there might be a withdrawal fee.

How Can I Contact It?

ISA Investment only provided an email address for contacting the company’s managers. There is no phone number, and even the office address is not shown. And what is also remarkable, there is no form for feedback. The only way to get in touch with the broker’s representatives is via e-mail.

  • None.
  • No phone numbers or specific office address.
  • No online chat, social media, or feedback form.

Is ISA Investment Dangerous?

Given the unfavorable and repetitive trading conditions at ISA Investment, and considering the drawbacks we highlighted before, it doesn’t give us confidence that this is a secure and reputable broker. Verifying the company’s history and its licenses will provide a clearer picture.

How Long Does The Broker Work?

The operational history of any organization is a crucial detail that should always be highlighted. ISA Investment confidently states they’ve been in the brokerage industry for over two decades, which appears quite dubious and raises eyebrows. Our suspicions were validated when we found the company’s domain was registered in March 2023, marking its true duration of operation.

How Is ISA Investment Regulated?

First and foremost, the company fails to provide a specific registration address on its website, only hinting at its jurisdiction in the offshore areas of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines through its user agreement. Additionally, any mention of licensing appears to be overlooked, with no reference on the main website. To verify their legitimacy, we investigated the SVGFSA registry, only to find no trace of ISA Investment, suggesting their operation is unauthorized.

Expert Opinion

I’ve been in trading for a long time, and I frequently encounter companies like ISA Investment. It might initially appear as a reliable broker, but once you dig a little deeper, the unpleasantries quickly reveal themselves. These con artists seem to believe traders are gullible, hoping someone might be enticed by their purported 20 years of experience, operations in 26 countries, 4 million clients, and a $300 billion trading volume. My fellow traders, always do your due diligence on brokers, no matter what their website claims. There’s an absence of official documents and evidence here, signaling a classic scam orchestrated by anonymous fraudsters.

I changed my mind about investing money here

I narrowly avoided the deceptive snares laid out by isa investment. My experiences with their demo trading were promising, which led me to think about putting in genuine capital. However, just in time, I sought advice from a seasoned trader. He enlightened me about the fake operations of that scambroker. They lack proper licensing, their actual operational time is mere months as opposed to the claimed 20 years, and they have a history of misleading individuals while holding back their funds. I’ve decided against investing in isa investment and would strongly recommend others to be cautious and do the same.

I want my $1,000 back!

A fake company filled with swindlers and scammers who have seized my money and refused to return it. ISA Investment pocketed my $1,000 and has been withholding it. After trialing their demo, I chose to deposit funds, aiming to gain genuine profits. What I encountered instead were fake charts, disruptions during trades, and clear interferences from the dealing desk. It quickly became evident that I’d stumbled into a scam. I urgently tried to retrieve my money. That’s where the real issue began. These scammers have since gone silent, leaving me baffled as to why I can’t access my funds. Though my money still displays in my account and I’ve lodged a withdrawal request, there’s been zero communication from the firm. It’s as if my $1,000 evaporated into thin air. I urge everyone to be wary and spread the information that ISA Investment is nothing short of a scam. I hope that bringing attention to this will pressure the dubious leadership of this sham company to return what’s rightfully mine.

There is no security, conditions have hit another bottom
The level of trust

It baffles me to find any positive reviews about ISA Investment, which seems evidently a fraud. They present themselves as a legitimate broker, but where’s their license? Unsurprisingly, they don’t have one. Is it a renowned company? Even with my 15 years in trading, their name is new to me. Do they operate as a genuine broker? Instead, it appears we’re looking at a Dealing Desk that thrives on traders’ losses and struggles when traders gain.
Honestly, I struggle to find any redeeming qualities for ISA Investment. Beyond being untrustworthy and unauthorized, their offered conditions are pitiful, shocking, and unrealistic. A $250 minimum deposit? How did they settle on that high threshold? Just do a quick Google search on forex broker ratings, and you’ll see typical minimum deposits are closer to $10. Their other tariffs demand amounts like $5,000 or more. Have the executives lost their senses?
