“Join the Era of Superior Trading” is the slogan of the brokerage firm Midus Trade GmbH. The broker boasts about being regulated, having offices in Europe, receiving awards, and operating in 180 countries. However, these are just words with no proof to back them up. Online reviews do not reflect the platform these scammers pretend to be. And if you want to know why you should not trust them with your money, you have come to the right place.

First Impression of Midustrade.com
The first thing a trader encounters is the website. At first glance, Midus Trade GmbH’s site appears neat: dark theme, green buttons, charts, platform screenshots, and fancy words. Right on the homepage, they promise a “new era of trading”, a stable platform, 24/7 support, and cutting-edge technology. However, experienced users will quickly recognize this as a low-quality resource.
There is no light theme — only dark. If a user is in a well-lit room, they have to strain to read the text. The design is dull. It’s a carbon copy of other scam brokers. For example, take a look at the website of the fraudulent firm Topfin Holding SA — topfinhold.com. Identical layout, the same sections, and similar “advantages”.
Midus Trade GmbH heavily promotes supposedly impressive features. They promise order execution with “the best conditions on the market”,24/7 support, security, a platform with “advanced features”, and “segregated accounts”. However, you will find no confirmation of these claims. No documents, no licenses, no evidence.
In short, this is a generic official website template used by other dishonest and dangerous brokers. And now we continue with our Midus Trade GmbH review.
Partnership and Bonuses
Midus Trade GmbH promises bonuses ranging from 30% to 75%, but they’re only available with deposits of $10,000 or more. This is not a gift — it’s a trap. The terms for receiving and working off the bonuses are nowhere to be found — no documents, no tables, no clear rules. In practice, such bonuses often block the withdrawal of your deposit: once credited, your funds are frozen. Later, they demand that you “work off” the bonus with an enormous trading volume just to get your own money back. What’s more, there is a complete lack of information about any affiliate program, which is another red flag.
Account Opening on Midustrade.com
Creating an account with Midus Trade GmbH takes literally a minute — the registration form is standard: first name, last name, email, phone number, country, currency, and password. Just like in any other system. Visually, it looks clean but overly simplistic, and more importantly, way too fast. There is no verification before login, and no two-factor authentication. It feels like the project cares more about collecting contact details than actually verifying who’s registering.
After logging in, you enter the user’s dashboard, which honestly looks like a demo version built with a low-quality constructor. The left panel includes basic sections: deposit, trading history, document upload, password change, and withdrawal request. In the center — a greeting and buttons to fund your account, open WebTrader, or open MobTrader. Everything in Midus Trade GmbH looks primitive. The interface is outdated, as if made just to tick a box. There is no customization, no analytics, and no widgets.
The most important point — Midus Trade GmbH does not offer the option to open a demo account. Not a single button, not a single link. In other words, there is no way to test the platform without making a deposit. This already raises questions: why is the user not allowed to try the product? Any reputable broker, from RoboForex to Admirals, allows traders to test the platform with a demo account.
Verification
At Midus Trade GmbH, identity verification is mandatory. Without completing this step, you cannot trade properly — let alone withdraw funds. As soon as you register, you will be prompted to upload your documents. The interface is simple: in the user dashboard, on the left, there is an “Upload Documents” section where you must select the document type and upload the file.
Document requirements are standard: proof of identity, proof of address, and a photo of your bank card. However, there are no explanations provided — no details on the required format, scan quality, or verification time. The whole procedure feels more like data collection than actual account protection.
- Convenient process of uploading documents. There is a separate section in my personal cabinet for this purpose with a choice of document type.
- Midus Trade GmbH does not specify deadlines for processing information and documents.
- The firm requires a photo/scan of the bank card.
Trading Software
The platform at Midus Trade GmbH is a basic web terminal. On the left is a list of instruments, in the center — the chart, and at the top, one-click buy and sell buttons. Basic functions are available: selecting timeframes, switching between assets, placing orders, and conducting technical analysis. At the bottom, there’s information about balance, profit, margin, and trade history. However, the interface is clearly limited and primitive.
The platform is available in three versions: web, desktop, and mobile. However, there is no standalone mobile app — it is simply a mobile-adapted website accessed via a browser. Serious brokers like XM or IC Markets offer full-featured apps in the App Store and Google Play, with full functionality. Midus Trade GmbH offers nothing more than a poor imitation of a trading platform.
As for the desktop version — it is even worse. To launch it, you need to download a file from your personal account on the company’s website. This is a major red flag: no verification, no official app store, no checks. Installation is done directly from an unknown source, which opens the door to malware and viruses. There is no digital signature, no verified publisher — just an MSI file. This poses a risk not only to your deposit but to your entire system.

How Can I Trade With Midus Trade GmbH?
The broker provides access to forex, metals, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. However, to fully evaluate the trading conditions, one must look into the account plans.
All Info About Accounts
Midus Trade GmbH offers four types of trading accounts:
- Bronze. The minimum deposit is $2,500, and for this amount, you only get access to the Forex and oil markets. Commissions range from 5% to 10%, which already makes trading on this account unprofitable. Slightly over 50 trading instruments, floating spreads with no specific figures, and customer support available 24/5.
- Silver becomes available with a deposit of $10,000. This account includes access to commodities trading, and the number of instruments increases to over 200. The commission is slightly lower — 4%, but still unreasonably high. The maximum bonus is 30%.
- Gold requires a minimum of $25,000. In return, the client gets access to the stock market. Fees are reduced to 3%, and the bonus increases to 50%. They also add “insurance”, but once again, there are no details — no explanation of what is insured, how the coverage works, or who the provider is. It all looks like a marketing gimmick. The benefits are not supported by any documents or guarantees.
- VIP is for those willing to deposit $50,000 or more. The commission is the lowest among all plans — 1%, and bonuses can reach up to 75%.
The commissions are high, spreads are not disclosed; bonuses go up to 75%, and the leverage is 1:200 — all of which are clear signs of an unregulated broker. In addition, Midus Trade GmbH’s minimum deposit requirements are completely unreasonable. If you compare this to the conditions of reputable and regulated firms, it is rare to see an entry threshold of $2,500. Many companies allow you to start trading with as little as $10.
Aside from trading accounts, Midus Trade GmbH also offers an investment account. The broker’s offer strongly resembles a financial pyramid: returns from 9% to 18%, monthly payouts, and promises of safety.
- Not found.
- High commissions and inadequate minimum deposit requirements.
- No demo or cent account.

How Can I Contact It?
To contact the company’s managers, users can use email or phone. There is also an option to leave a message through a special feedback form. However, Midus Trade GmbH does not provide live chat, does not maintain social media accounts, and does not use messaging apps — channels that would allow for faster and more convenient communication.
What’s more, the listed contact information turned out to be fake. For example, the email address support@midus-trade.com literally does not exist.
- None.
- Fake contact information.
- No online chat and messengers.
Is Midus Trade GmbH Dangerous?
There is little doubt left that this is a scam. Fake contact details and a template website are clear indicators that something is seriously wrong with this firm. However, we still need to examine the most important aspect: the company’s legitimacy and how long the platform has actually existed.
How Long Does The Broker Work?
Midus Trade GmbH lists different founding dates on its official website: in one place it says 2009, and in another — 2016. However, neither date is real. The domain midustrade.com was only registered in February 2025 — and for just one year. The platform is not intended for long-term operation, but was created for a quick scam.
How Is Midus Trade GmbH Regulated?
“30+ registrations and regulations” — this is the kind of claim made by the subject of our review. The company also states that it is legally registered in the United Kingdom and Poland.
We checked the UK, including the FCA regulator’s register. Midus Trade GmbH is not listed there. This organization does not exist in that country, meaning the firm is blatantly lying about being registered in the UK.
Further checks are pointless. If Midus Trade GmbH lied about its legal address in the UK, then the situation with Poland is clear as well. Moreover, this is not the first instance of false information — they also lied about their founding date.

How Risky Is It?
How many more projects like Midus Trade GmbH will we see? Scammers have turned their fake brokerage platforms into conveyor belts. More appear every day, yet they all have identical websites, similar conditions, and clear scam indicators. You should never take a broker’s claims at face value — everything must be verified independently. Licenses, legal addresses, and contact details must all be checked if you don’t want to lose your money to anonymous fraudsters.

1 review about Midus Trade GmbH
I personally lost money with a similar fraudulent firm. Midus Trade GmbH is clearly a scam too – it has the same conditions and an identical trading platform as the fake broker that stole $5,000 from me. I sincerely hope no one falls into their trap. Nobody wants to lose their money for nothing. I’m warning you: these are con artists. They will use every trick to lure you and your deposits – do not believe them, and do not fall for this nonsense. This is a fake broker. It does not exist. It’s nothing but a fraudulent website with fake quotes!
