BitBlanco - logo

BitBlanco is an innovative online platform for margin CFD trading that promises to boost the skills of every trader who collaborates with it. The firm assures us that it has been in this business for many years, although it still lacks a license for unknown reasons. The broker also highlights segregated accounts for storing client deposits, tight spreads, an intuitive and advanced terminal, and a lot of additional services and opportunities. However, it’s not advisable to take these claims at face value. Online reviews are mixed, featuring both positive and negative feedback, and there are not as many mentions as one might expect, hinting at a short operational history for the organization. So, we will further investigate whether this broker is a scam or not.

First Impression of Bitblanco.com

The official website of BitBlanco did not impress at all. Instead of being a maximally useful, informative resource, what we see is a typical template website filled with tons of meaningless text, imagined advantages, unsubstantiated claims, and clichéd phrases. Take, for instance, the “regulation” section where information about BitBlanco’s licenses should be. The company vaguely states that it’s in the process of obtaining a license, but fails to mention when the documents were submitted, to which financial commission, what stage the process is at, and so on. And this is the case for most sections on the website.

BitBlanco - site

The official website of BitBlanco is additionally translated into Italian, with no support for other languages. The structure is typical of any pseudo-broker: standard sections at the top and a homepage filled with supposed advantages and merits. Notably absent are the standard CFD trading risk warnings and legal details, which should be located in the footer, leaving it empty. Overall, the broker has chosen not to disclose many details about its activities or trading conditions, keeping this information a secret. Naturally, it is entirely negative in nature.

There’s no unique design at all. The creators of BitBlanco used some sort of template to create a generic website. We’ve encountered such resources multiple times, and they’ve always been fraudulent organizations. Will this time be an exception? Unlikely.

Partnership and Bonuses

For new clients, BitBlanco offers bonuses on the first deposit, which depends on the amount deposited into the account. However, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; they can only be used for trading. The exact terms for utilizing these bonuses are not provided, which is typical for such firms. Additionally, the company has developed a loyalty program allowing active traders to earn extra income.

The company does have an affiliate program, but there’s not a word about it on the website. Overall, we’ve already got the impression that BitBlanco goes to great lengths to hide useful information from website visitors. You can only find out about the existence of an affiliate program at the time of account registration, as there is an option to enter a promo code, hinting at the existence of such a program. Interestingly, there is a section on the website called “affiliates,” but it doesn’t mention the partnership program at all. Instead, the company alludes to partnerships with other organizations but doesn’t provide any names.

Account Opening on Bitblanco.com

To open an account, you’ll need to provide some personal information: full name, email, phone number, country, account currency (USD, EUR, or GBP), password, and a promo code if you have one. However, you can’t register with BitBlanco without a promo code. The system won’t let you proceed unless you fill in the field for a referral code. So, you can’t create an account without an invitation.

Registration

Verification

The verification procedure at BitBlanco is mandatory, as the company claims to follow AML & KYC policies. The platform will require you to provide proof of your identity, place of residence, and a photo/scan of your bank card if it will be used for topping up your balance. Specific documents that users can submit are not listed. You can only find out about this during the KYC process in your personal account.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Requires you to take a picture of your bank card.
  • Do not disclose information without pre-registration.

Trading Software

We can only judge BitBlanco’s trading platform based on the description on the official website, as we were unable to register and thus cannot practically test the functionality and capabilities of the terminal. The broker claims that its web platform is also adapted for mobile phones, meaning, you can trade not only from computers but also from smartphones. However, as we understood, this is a web version for phones, not an application that can be downloaded from the official AppStore/Play Market stores.

The terminal allows analyzing charts using graphical elements and also managing positions with stop-loss/take-profit orders. There is a demo account, at least, it is mentioned in the text on BitBlanco’s website. In general, the company has also tried to hide the specifics and details here as much as possible. We also advise not to take brokerage firms at their word, regardless of how beautifully they may describe their platforms.

How Can I Trade With BitBlanco?

Customers have access to Forex, commodities, metals, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrency markets. All instruments are available only in the form of CFDs; there are no spot or futures assets. BitBlanco has developed 7 different types of accounts, which we will now examine.

All Info About Accounts

The first type is called “Bronze” and has a huge minimum deposit – 10,000 euros. It is too high a threshold for entry because popular firms offer to start trading even with $10. Who would be willing to invest a minimum of 10,000 euros in a little-known and unregulated organization? Moreover, owners of the “Bronze” type only get market reviews, e-books, webinars, and social trading.

The second account type starts at 25,000 euros, the third at 50,000, and so on up to VIP status with a deposit of 1 million euros. These are simply staggering requirements that are rarely encountered elsewhere. Even the most famous and popular brokers do not allow themselves such things. What do owners of more expensive tariffs get? These include risk-free trades, a personal assistant, a customized account, an exclusive marketplace and others.

Account types

It’s unlikely that traders will be willing to invest such amounts in BitBlanco. We already know this company is very secretive and opaque, so the spread sizes are also not indicated. Somehow there is no desire to invest 10,000 euros when you don’t even know what commissions await you. By the way, the broker also misleads users, as the FAQ section and homepage indicates a minimum deposit bar of $250.

BitBlanco offers a staggering 1:200 leverage, a level that’s considered too risky by many financial regulators. Additionally, the platform claims to charge zero trading fees, instead, they make money off the spreads. However, if there are no fees, you can bet those spreads will be wide. This whole setup not only sounds fishy but also suggests that BitBlanco uses a dealing desk model, which could put them in direct conflict with clients’ trading interests.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Inadequate minimum deposit requirements.
  • Non-transparent conditions: hidden commissions, spreads.
  • There is no Islamic account.

Market Analysis and Education With Bitblanco.com

The broker has a blog, but there’s no useful information or articles on it. Furthermore, BitBlanco provides basic information on the types of tradable assets and answers to frequently asked questions. However, they lack an analytical service, even a simple economic events calendar, as well as financial news.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Fees

You can deposit and withdraw funds in BitBlanco using bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard, electronic wallets like Neteller/Skrill, and cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are made using the same method that was used for depositing. The company assures users, there are no transaction fees. Well, we’ll have to take their word for it.

How Can I Contact It?

The company only shares two phone numbers with us, and surprisingly, there is no email address. There’s also an option to create a request for feedback on the website. BitBlanco lacks an online chat feature, as well as social media accounts.

Both British phone numbers turned out to be “unavailable.” So how can one possibly get in touch with BitBlanco’s managers and representatives? Apparently, there’s no way.

Phone unavailable

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • No email, online chat, or social media accounts.
  • Both phone numbers are not available.

Is BitBlanco Dangerous?

To be honest, at this point, we could already conclude our investigation of this broker because we can confidently say that we’re dealing with yet another scambroker. Fake contact details, absolutely ridiculous trading conditions, maximum opacity, and secrecy from the company, and registration by invitation only – these are all clear signs of a fraudulent organization, not a legitimate brokerage. However, to put the final nail in BitBlanco’s coffin, we will examine their period of operation as well as their legality.

How Long Does The Broker Work?

The scammers conveniently ignored the founding date, and we didn’t expect anything different. We checked the Companies House registry for BitBlanco to also see the company’s registration date but found nothing there. This organization does not exist in the UK, so its office is fake. No registration documents are uploaded on the website, so the only way to find out when the platform was launched is through its domain. The website domain was registered in April 2023, which is likely when this scam project was initiated. Clearly, it is a short period of operation.

How Is BitBlanco Regulated?

Considering that the firm provided us with a fake registration address, it’s even unknown where the company is actually based. It’s possible that it doesn’t even legally exist. Nevertheless, we decided to check the FCA registry for the broker’s presence among legal brokerage companies. However, this turned out to be a waste of time, as BitBlanco was not listed there.

Expert Opinion

Yes, nothing good can be said about BitBlanco. It’s just another scam project, which also buys positive reviews about its fake broker service. Such trading conditions cannot exist in an honest, well-known, and reputable company; only scammers offer high minimum deposits and hide important parameters about terms. You can’t trust the company’s words, no matter what they write on their generic website. You can’t even register here because a referral code is needed, but where do you get that? Maybe it’s a good thing because newcomers won’t be able to create an account, which means they won’t be sending their money to scammers.

What should you do if you’ve been deceived by a broker and have fallen victim to fraud? Well, nothing. You won’t get your money back. So, if you’ve invested money in BitBlanco, you’ve 100% lost it. All that’s left for you is to accept the fact that you’ve lost your money, learn your lesson, and move on. BitBlanco are anonymous scammers who steal money. If you’ve sent them money, it’s impossible to get it back. I’ve personally fallen for similar fraud projects, unfortunately, there’s nothing to be done.

Solid red flags
The level of trust

Firstly, the company blatantly purchases fake positive reviews. Any commendatory comments you may encounter online are clearly bogus, and this is plain to see even without a keen eye for detail. Secondly, the firm has failed to secure even a single license. A British-based broker without a license? Do you honestly find this believable? I certainly don’t. Thirdly, their required minimum deposit of 10,000 euros is exorbitantly high. Fourthly, the broker operates in obscurity, seldom discussed or even mentioned on online platforms, which clearly reveals a lack of customer engagement and experience sharing. It’s just another faceless entity. Finally, it is a dealing desk operation. I’ll refrain from elaborating on this point; a quick online search will clue you in on the inherent risks associated with dealing desks.
So, are there any upsides here? All I can identify are red flags.

Do not cooperate with them
The level of trust

Drop the foolish idea of collaborating with BitBlanco. It is a scambroker, a typical fraud scheme where absolutely everything is fake. The platform, quotes, liquidity, deals – all are completely fake. The broker doesn’t even exist; it turns out to be fake as well.
How can you trust a broker that doesn’t legally exist? I’m telling you this in the most literal sense. Such a broker doesn’t exist. Try finding the company on the UK’s legal registry, and you’ll come up empty-handed. Meanwhile, BitBlanco doesn’t even share its registration data on its website. Do you get the joke? And the licenses? Same thing. Where are the licenses? Every broker must have licenses; without them, the operation is considered illegal.
The website scams people and steals money. You definitely cannot trade here. There’s a 100% chance that the platform will steal your money.

What's unique about the broker?
The level of trust
Quick withdrawal of funds

I don’t know what people see in the brokerage company BitBlanco. It’s an unremarkable firm that offers terrible conditions. Aside from zero commissions, is there anything good and unique here? Definitely not. But what they do have is a huge minimum deposit, hidden spreads, unclear additional services, and a confusing trading platform. How can they demand a minimum deposit of 10,000 euros? It is some sort of robbery. And who would even agree to deposit such a large amount with an unlicensed broker? The spreads are also unknown, which is very bad. Why? Because the broker claims to have zero commissions, which means they will have huge spreads. In general, my advice is not to trade with companies like this. There are platforms hundreds of times better and more profitable than BitBlanco, whose reputation is also ambiguous and unclear.
