Cresen Ltd - logo

“Your Best Trading Experience with a Reliable Broker” — grand and polished words from yet another brokerage company that supposedly operates legally and is based in two reputable jurisdictions: the UAE and the UK. But if this broker is so safe and advanced, why are there so few reviews about it? Could it be because Cresen Ltd is a scam? Quite possibly. So now, let’s break down what this platform is and whether it can be trusted with your deposit.

First Impression of Cresenltd.com

The first thing to do is to take a look at the company’s official website. Visually, it follows the style of modern landing pages: gradients of purple and black, neon-green accents, a neon theme, and glossy graphics. However, Cresen Ltd has created a single-page website — meaning there are no separate sections: no dedicated pages for legal information, company history, news, licenses, analytics, reports, or any other essential sections that real brokers usually have.

Cresen Ltd - website

The site is available in only two languages: English and Russian. This immediately shows who the target audience is. If Cresen Ltd is genuinely focused on the international market, then where are Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic, French, and other languages?

Cresen Ltd provides just two documents: a user agreement and a refund policy. That’s it. There is no AML/KYC policy, no Risk Disclosure, no Privacy Policy, no notice about potential losses, and no explanation of conflicts of interest. Any licensed broker is required to have all of these documents publicly available on their website. Their absence is a direct indication that the firm is not regulated and bears no responsibility to you whatsoever.

The images and icons are cartoonish, and overloaded with 3D graphics. The whole site looks more like a crypto game or NFT marketplace than a financial intermediary. There’s a lot of unnecessary visual “clutter” that distracts from the core message. In the background — strange cosmic textures, rockets, smoke clouds, icons with money bags and coins. It all looks cheap and artificial, more like a site made for hype than for serious business.

It’s hard to say that Cresen Ltd has created a high-quality, professional official website. It feels more like a toy, with meaningless text and flashy images. Moreover, they used a pre-made template that we’ve already seen more than once.

Partnership and Bonuses

There are absolutely no bonuses offered by Cresen Ltd. At least, nothing is mentioned on the official website or in the user agreement. There is no separate bonus policy either.

As for the affiliate program, the situation is even more peculiar. The only hint that such a program even exists is a field for entering a promo code during registration. Nowhere else on the site is this explained: no terms, no commission structure for referred clients, no links to an affiliate dashboard, and not even a basic description.

Account Opening on Cresenltd.com

The registration process on the Cresen Ltd website looks standard:

  • Name.
  • Contacts.
  • Address.
  • ZIP code.
  • Password.
  • Promo code (if any).

You also need to confirm the two documents with check marks:

  1. User Agreement.
  2. Refund Policy.

Cresen Ltd - registration

It is concerning that too much personal information is requested right from the start, with no mention of KYC/AML procedures. There is a promo code field, but without any explanation. Once all the information is entered, the personal cabinet interface opens immediately.

The client area interface of Cresen Ltd is simple, but very raw. It is immediately clear that this is not about quality — it’s just been thrown together. Visually, it resembles a cheap, makeshift template. The colors are dull, the graphics minimal, and the design lifeless. There are no brand elements and no serious visual refinement.

Cresen Ltd - personal cabinet

On the left is a sidebar menu. From there, you can access the trading platform, enter your profile, deposit funds, submit a withdrawal request, view your history, and log out. That’s it. No sections for analytics, education, or even news. Just basic functions — and even those are poorly executed. Cresen Ltd does not even offer a demo account to try.

Verification

The profile displays all your personal information: first name, last name, address, phone number, etc. Below is the status “Not verified”. To complete verification with Cresen Ltd, you need to upload your documents:

  • The first and second page of the passport.
  • Proof of residential address.
  • A photo of your bank card on both sides.
  • Utility bill or any other payment that shows your address.

Once uploaded — you just wait for someone to “review” your data. However, here’s the problem: nowhere on the website does it say who processes this data, where it is stored, for how long, or on which servers. The client simply hands over their documents into the void.

Any legitimate broker has a publicly available AML and KYC policy. This is not just a formality — it outlines the rules and procedures for how they are required to handle your personal data, protect it, store it in encrypted form, delete it upon request, and explain how it is used. Cresen Ltd has no such policy. None at all.

Pros
  • Easily upload documents right in your personal account, with no extra steps or applications.
Cons
  • Complete absence of AML & KYC policy.
  • No explanation of who processes the documents and where they are stored.
  • No verification deadlines or data deletion rules.
  • Verification looks like a formality without any legal conditions.

Trading Software

Cresen Ltd uses a basic platform with an integrated chart from the TradingView service. Visually, it is a typical web terminal. On the left is a list of currency pairs; in the center is the chart, and on the right is a panel with “Buy” and “Sell” buttons along with order parameters.

There is no order book, and no data on the liquidity provider. The platform itself does not show where the quotes come from, and it is unclear whether trades are executed externally at all. The client is essentially trading a market simulation. And if they decide to draw a candle that does not reflect real market data — users have no way to prove otherwise.

Cresen Ltd - platform

Another critical point — Cresen Ltd has no mobile application or desktop version. No advanced alternative is offered either: no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or cTrader. This means if they shut down the website or it breaks, the client loses access completely. You cannot even install a terminal. And using it from a phone is highly inconvenient. Everything is web-based — and poorly executed at that.

How Can I Trade With Cresen Ltd?

The firm provides access to the main asset classes, but only in CFD format: forex, metals, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. To explore the trading conditions in more detail, we need to look at the account types.

All Info About Accounts

Cresen Ltd offers several account types:

  • Basic. The minimum plan. Entry from $2,500; leverage of 1:100, spreads starting from 2.6 pips, and access only to the Forex market.
  • Standard. From $10,000, leverage increases to 1:200; bid/ask spreads slightly lower — from 2.0 pips. Access to commodity markets is added. Includes one free webinar per month.
  • Advanced. Minimum deposit of $25,000. Stocks and crypto are added. Interest on balance is introduced — 5%, along with AI trading, webinars, and insurance.
  • Professional. At least $100,000. Maximum leverage — 1:300, spreads from 0.2 pips. All markets are available, including indices. This plan includes everything previously excluded: IPO access, premium contracts, 10% interest on balance, full webinar access, and AI trading.

Account types

First of all, the deposit requirements are outrageous. Even to open a basic account with Cresen Ltd, you need to deposit $2,500. That is dozens of times higher than with reputable brokers. For example: Exness has a starting deposit of $1, and XM — from $5.

Secondly, there is no cent account. Clients cannot test the platform without risking a significant amount. The absence of demo and micro accounts is a clear sign that the platform is not geared toward actual traders.

Thirdly, leverage up to 1:300 — this is no longer trading; it’s pure gambling. Such levels are banned by all top-tier regulators. ESMA (Europe), FCA (United Kingdom), and ASIC (Australia) — all cap leverage for retail clients at 1:30. Yet Cresen Ltd boasts of having an office in the UK, where offering such high leverage is outright illegal.

Pros
  • Lots of extras.
Cons
  • Cresen Ltd requires a high initial deposit.
  • Commissions are not specified.
  • There is no cent account type or demo account.

Market Analysis and Education With Cresenltd.com

There are almost no additional tools beyond what’s described in the account plans. Cresen Ltd only provides a TradingView chart with live quotes — and nothing more. No news feed, no educational materials. An economic calendar or forex calculator could be useful to traders, but the broker sees no need for them.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Fees

Inside the client area, there are three deposit options: cryptocurrency, bank card, and bank transfer. Essentially, a standard set. Cresen Ltd does not disclose any fees for deposits or withdrawals. The FAQ claims that bank transfers are processed within up to 3 business days, but then immediately adds: “sometimes even within a few hours”/

Cresen Ltd does not publish a clear policy on processing financial transactions. There is no official schedule, and no document outlining the fees. This goes against basic transparency standards. Brokers like Pepperstone, IC Markets, or Admirals provide all of this. Their clients know in advance what they are paying for and when they will receive their funds.

How Can I Contact It?

The company lists two ways users can contact its managers: email and phone. Business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT+1. This is already suspicious. If the company claims “24/5 support” on its website, then it should stick to that. Why advertise “round-the-clock” service when in reality it’s just a standard workday?

There is no live chat. At all. Not in the corner of the website, not in the client area. So, it’s impossible to contact an operator instantly. No messengers either — no Telegram, no WhatsApp, no Viber. That’s a red flag. Most legitimate companies keep up with modern standards and offer fast support through familiar messaging apps. Cresen Ltd also has no social media presence.

Pros
  • Two main methods of communication are available: email and phone.
Cons
  • No online chat and messengers.
  • No social media accounts.

Is Cresen Ltd Dangerous?

The company already looks suspicious, so the next step in our review is to examine its licensing, operational history, and other aspects of the broker’s activity.

How Long Does The Broker Work?

It comes as no surprise that Cresen Ltd does not state how long it has been in business. However, this can be determined by checking the domain registration date — because without a website, an online broker cannot operate. The domain cresenltd.com was registered on February 10, 2025 — just over a month ago. Can such a company be considered experienced? Of course not.

How Is Cresen Ltd Regulated?

What about licenses? Most likely, there are none — but let’s verify. We’ll check the registries of the DFSA and FCA, as these are the regulators that should oversee a company claiming to have offices in the UAE and UK.

In the DFSA registry, we did manage to find a company named Cresen Ltd, but here’s the catch: it’s a completely different organization. That company obtained a license in 2023, while the subject of our review appeared only in 2025. Moreover, it engages in entirely different activities:

  • Advising on financial products.
  • Arranging deals in investments.
  • Managing assets.

DFSA

In the FCA registry, we did not find any brokerage firm by the name Cresen Ltd at all. This means Cresen Ltd has no valid licenses. The listed office addresses are fake. The scammers took someone else’s name and created their own illegal project posing as a forex broker.

Where is Cresen Ltd actually located?

This is unknown. The official website lists fake addresses. We suspect that this firm is not legally registered anywhere — it’s just a website that imitates a trading platform and takes in money.

Is Cresen Ltd Legit?

Our investigation revealed that the stated license number belongs to a different company. The broker is not regulated, which means it is operating illegally.

How Risky Is It?

Dealing with companies like Cresen Ltd is a major risk. This is a fraudulent project that has used someone else’s details and name to appear legitimate. All of it was designed with one purpose — to steal money from traders.

Expert Opinion

One day, scammers may figure out how to create their fake brokerage platforms in a more convincing manner, without using the same template over and over again dozens or even hundreds of times. However, for now, it is clear that VertexGate is just another fraudulent project that was launched recently and will not last long. There is absolutely no point in trading here because the result is guaranteed to be the same — scam and lost money.

I was about to deposit money at cresenltd.com, but stopped just in time. An experienced trader warned me that this was a scam. And I was about to invest $3,000 here. Thank God I was stopped. This is a fly-by-night company without a real CEO or licenses. Now I want to warn everyone else – this is a scam!
