The official website of the broker is a collection of self-praises, pseudo-advantages, fabricated merits, and other meaningless phrases. “Trade like experts”, “we do things differently”, and “secure and easy way to trade” are among the lofty phrases that fill this site. Instead of creating a quality and informative resource that fully introduces the visitor to the company, facts about its activities, and provides substantial evidence, the firm presented a vacuous and low-value site.
It’s a typical and generic site, similar to any other brokerage resource, where standard sections are at the top, the homepage lists pointless advantages, and a risk warning is at the bottom. It’s utterly unremarkable, with no uniqueness. Essential legal documents, necessary information, and other aspects that should be present are missing. Although there are no mistakes or typos, one can’t call Lyraten’s website quality or useful. After all, this is what every trader initially encounters.
Partnership and Bonuses
The affiliate program and bonuses are absent in Lyraten. At the very least, these opportunities are not even mentioned on the company’s website, which is quite odd. For instance, an affiliate program is an excellent tool for promoting a firm’s services and a nice additional income source for clients. And bonuses are a favorite tool among dishonest brokers. The trading platform is only available as a WebTrader. There’s no need to download software to your PC, yet there are no apps for Android/iOS. We couldn’t access the Webtrader because it requires a separate login with an ID and password. Where to get the ID is unclear. However, the support manager hinted that the ID is located in the top left corner of the personal account, but it wasn’t found there. In practice, it’s impossible to see the platform, so one has to take the company’s word for it, which is rather foolish. Describing the functionality and terminal can be done in any way, but in reality, it might be entirely different. By the way, attempts to solve the problem with the manager in the online chat were unsuccessful. The employee stopped responding and later closed the chat entirely.

The scammers couldn’t even assist with accessing the webtrader, conveniently ending the conversation without resolving the issue. Are these the signs of a client-focused broker? Definitely not. How can one invest money in a company without a legal address and license? This scam provided nothing. There are no guarantees. The scammers have a fake platform. It’s not MetaTrader4, it’s some kind of fake webtrader. No licenses, no long operating history, but there are fake positive reviews.

If you paid with a bank card best thing would be to call your bank directly and explain to them what happened. Tell them you believed this to be legit at first but then realized this is a scam. Say you saw ads that were exactly the same ads that you saw initially only under different companies. I done exactly this. Went in blindly on an Instagram ad focusing on the latest Xai platform advertised by Lyraten, dropped down $400 (Oct, 6th 2023) even with all the passcodes, passwords etc I have not been able to access a thing since!!
