Nixse - logo

Today, our review is dedicated to a brokerage company registered in an interesting jurisdiction, Taiwan. Meet – Nixse. This is a CFD broker providing client support, access to 1,500 financial assets, flexible leverage, lowest commissions, and other opportunities. The firm discloses very little information about itself, only providing its legal address, while regulation by financial commissions is likely absent, but this still needs to be verified. The foundation date is also ignored. Reviews online are more often negative than positive. Let’s try to determine whether the platform is a scam or not.

First Impression of Nixse.com

Our acquaintance with the broker begins with its official website. Nixse has presented users with a fairly standard and primitive site, where a panel with sections describing the main information is located at the top:

  • Assets available for trading.
  • Types of accounts.
  • Detailed description of the trading platform.
  • FAQ, company information, contacts, and legal documents.
  • Analytical tools.

Graphic design in terms of pictures and images is almost absent. We can only observe a person thinking about something in the background. The main page is short, describing only some advantages, a step-by-step guide on how to start trading with Nixse, contacts, legal address, and a risk warning.

Nixse - website

The site is translated into several languages, such as Portuguese, Arabic, and others. The quality of information is low, as Nixse hardly discloses details about itself, and many aspects of its activity are simply missing. Overall, the company failed to create a quality and attractive resource, nor did it provide all necessary data.

Partnership and Bonuses

Nixse offers its clients credit bonuses, the size of which is unspecified. The withdrawal of bonuses is impossible until the user completes a certain trading turnover. However, the exact size of the turnover is not disclosed, and the profit earned with the help of bonuses is also subject to this condition.

Regarding the affiliate program, it is strangely not mentioned on the site. Looking ahead, it can be seen that during registration, Nixse asks for a referral code. This code indicates the presence of a referral program, but alas, its conditions are also not specified.

Account Opening on Nixse.com

Next, we will take a detailed look at the account registration process and the personal account interface, if we manage to register. Nixse divides the account creation process into three stages:

  1. Personal details. Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
  2. Your address. Complete residential address, including zip code.
  3. Final step. Referral code, CFP, and currency (USD or EUR).

This process is quite protracted. For example, mentioning the residence address could be omitted, as this can be done at the time of identity verification. Nixse also asks to review several legal documents and agree to them. Users can tick the box if they wish to receive news and updates by email.

Registration

Alas, we were unable to create an account. After entering a huge amount of data, the system displayed “Request failed”. It’s interesting, how exactly can one register with Nixse? We will try to ask this question to the support team in the online chat.

There are suspicions that the company has closed the possibility of free registration for a reason. Most likely, this is done so that users first communicate with the broker’s managers, who will happily start scamming a person for money, offering them pseudo-advantages and unnecessary services. By the way, a demo account in Nixse is absent.

Verification

After successfully activating an account, each client is required to start the identity verification process, as the broker adheres to the AML&KYC policy. The set of documents accepted by the company is standard: proof of identity, proof of residence, and a photo of the bank card if it is used to fund the deposit. The document proving residence must not be older than 6 months.

The KYC process is described in detail in a corresponding document on the website. However, Nixse does not disclose the exact processing time for documents. Files can be sent via email or through the personal account.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • The firm requires a lot of documents.
  • It is not known how long the verification lasts.

Trading Software

Nixse calls its terminal NX Trader. It is said to have various advantages and options, such as 21 different timeframes, analysis tools, the ability to open up to 100 charts simultaneously, financial news and alerts, and a full set of orders. However, these are just the company’s words, and what it is actually like is completely unknown. We cannot see the trading platform with our own eyes because it is currently impossible to register an account. Brokerage firms often embellish the capabilities of their platform. They want to impress and interest traders, so they describe the software as if it is the best terminal in the world.

Terminal

Additionally, the Nixse platform is available not only in a web-based format but also in desktop and mobile versions. However, download links are only available to registered users. Let’s assume, for the sake of argument, that the broker is not lying, and the terminal indeed supports all types of devices.

How Can I Trade With Nixse?

Based on the official website, the company provides access to a broad range of assets, over 1,500 instruments, focusing exclusively on CFDs, so there are no spot or futures contracts available.

Traders are offered leverage up to 1:400, suggesting that Nixse likely does not possess licenses, as financial commissions prohibit offering such high leverage.

All Info About Accounts

Clients of Nixse have a choice of 5 types of accounts:

  1. Silver. The minimum deposit is $10,000. Users receive assistance from a personal manager, mini trading events, signals once a week, and analyst price targets.
  2. Gold. No less than $25,000. A higher level of manager, two signals per day, and advanced education tools.
  3. Platinum. From $100,000 and more. A full education, earning season trading, 5 signals daily, advanced education tools, and 1 month of swap-free trading.
  4. VIP. No less than $250,000. The same opportunities, but on a more favorable level.
  5. Black. For those who can afford to invest 1 million dollars. An annual business strategy, a coordinated team from every market, market insights, fundamental analysis sources, an account designed to help you maximize your abilities and personal growth through extended research, and 3 months swap-free.

Account types

There’s confusion regarding the minimum deposit. The account type description mentions $10,000, implying there’s no point in investing less. However, the FAQ section on Nixse’s site lists $250 as the minimum threshold for funding. The truth remains unclear, but either threshold is relatively high compared to competitors who allow market access with as little as $10.

From the tariff plans description, it’s apparent the company aims to extract as much money as possible from clients. Higher tariffs offer more signals, better conditions, and additional services, a favorite trick of fraudsters.

Crucially, the most important trading conditions are hidden, unsurprisingly. Nixse either intentionally omits or forgets to specify the size of spreads and commissions, making it unclear how profitable trading here could be.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • There is no possibility to test the service with a demo.
  • Hidden trading conditions.
  • Conflicting information regarding the minimum deposit.
  • High leverage.

Market Analysis and Education With Nixse.com

While additional services might not play a pivotal role, they often prove very useful to traders. Nixse offers several auxiliary widgets:

  • Market calendar.
  • Pivot and Fibonacci calculation.
  • Help page.
  • Asset expires.
  • Market hours.

However, it lacks fresh analytics and free educational resources. How the company intends to compete with more advanced firms, or whether it even aims to, is questionable.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Fees

Customers can transfer funds using primary methods, such as credit/debit cards and bank wire transfers. The presence of the Bitcoin logo suggests cryptocurrency transactions are also an option.

Nixse promises not to charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals, which is undoubtedly a plus. However, a downside is the lengthy processing time for withdrawal requests – up to 5 business days, considered very long today.

How Can I Contact It?

Interestingly, both the technical support and account opening services share the same contact details – an email address and a phone number, though logically, they should differ. Additionally, clients can write in the online chat, where Nixse managers are presumably quick to respond to all questions. However, no response has been received for a considerable time after asking how to register an account, questioning the purpose of the online chat.

Online chat

The broker also provides links to accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, but their purpose remains unclear. There are no videos on YouTube, Twitter posts are unrelated to financial markets, and Instagram is blocked.

Contact details for Nixse were checked with no suspicious findings, apart from the described negatives. The email is legitimate, and a search by phone number only leads to this broker.

Pros
  • The email and phone number are real.
Cons
  • The online chat does not give a response.

Is Nixse Dangerous?

The inability to register an account raises serious concerns, as verified and honest companies do not allow such issues. Additionally, trading conditions also appear questionable. Further investigation will be conducted regarding the company’s establishment duration, and regulatory status, before delivering a final verdict on Nixse.

How Long Does The Broker Work?

The footer of the website indicates the year 2020, yet the company itself does not mention its founding date. The official website domain and social media accounts emerged in 2020. WebArchive snapshots confirm that Nixse had the same website appearance in 2020, leading to the conclusion that the platform was launched that year.

How Is Nixse Regulated?

The company shares its legal address in Taiwan, but verification revealed no such organization there. However, another discovery was made.

Nixse - FSC Taiwan

Based on the registration number, such a firm might be located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It’s important to note that offshore registration is often seen as a negative rather than a positive aspect.

A check with the SVGFSA showed that Nixse was authorized in 2020. Therefore, firstly, it’s true that the firm is located in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and secondly, we correctly identified its foundation date.

Nixse - SVGFSA

However, the SVGFSA does not regulate forex brokers’ activities, so having a record in this registry does not guarantee the reliability and safety of client funds. On the contrary, it represents an increased risk.

Expert Opinion

There are too few reviews on the internet for four years. Is anyone actually trading with Nixse? Moreover, it is noticeable that negative reviews predominate over positive ones. This speaks volumes, for example, that it’s better not to get involved, or else you might end up without a deposit. By the way, the company is a dealing desk. This wasn’t mentioned in the review, but I will mention it. Such a business model is dangerous because it is not in the platform’s interest for traders to make money; on the contrary, it needs users to lose money. So, there is no point in collaborating with this dealing desk.

Scammers! Just an ordinary fake broker that won’t return a penny to you. Please, don’t trust these fraudsters; they want to deceive you. It’s a scam.

Where are the advantages here?
The level of trust
Quick withdrawal of funds

I don’t see what could attract traders to this company. What’s its advantage? That the minimum deposit is $10,000? Or leverage of 1:400? I don’t know, but if I were choosing a CFD broker for myself, I definitely wouldn’t open an account with nixse.com. Although it seems someone trades there and likes it. I hope they’re making a good profit and that everything is fine for them.

Withdrawal of funds does not work
The level of trust

Recently, I spoke with someone who suffered from Nixse. They invested $10K and then quickly lost it all. They were shown manipulated quotes to ensure they kept hitting stop-losses. Such is the dishonesty of this company. And when it came to withdrawing funds, do you think they were able to retrieve the remainder of their deposit? No, lol. The broker blocked their account and refused to release the remaining funds. A simple scam preying on trusting individuals. It’s 100% fraud, so I advise staying far away, as people are losing their money.
